BOOKED OUT! Hula Hoop Disco Party with Louise Clarke

Join Penrith City Library’s free hula hoop workshop and learn some cool hula tricks! Suitable for children aged 6-12 years.

Do your kids love to hula hoop? Join Louise Clark for a great time hula hooping!

Participants will be shown a five-minute display of amazing hula hoop tricks before they get hooping. Start with a disco style warm-up and learn a mix of hula hoop tricks like spinning around the waist, hands, knees and feet!

You will need:

• A hula hoop
• Space to use the hula hoop with access to Zoom
