Our online service options allow you to access and manage a number of Council services, including pay your rates, track a DA, make an online application – or use our Online Services Portal to easily make an enquiry, report concerns, or lodge a request for Council services such as waste collection and road maintenance.
Here are some handy hints for using the Online Services Portal.
Make an enquiry, report a problem or lodge a request, anytime, anywhere via the Online Services Portal. The system is directly integrated across Council, which means your requests can be actioned in an efficient and effective manner.
Apply online for Outstanding Notices, 10.7(2), 10.7(5) and 603 Certificates, vegetation clearing and tree removal for non-urban areas (including more than five trees), and driveway applications.
Penrith City Council does not tolerate any form of harassment or threatening behaviour, including verbal abuse and offensive language, no response will be provided if customers choose to behave in this manner.
