Penrith fosters friendship, communication and understanding between people internationally. Since signing our first agreement in 1984, our City's international links program has grown to include: Penrith, England; Fujieda City, Japan; Hakusan City, Japan; Gangseo-gu, Republic of Korea; Xicheng District of Beijing City, China and Kunshan, China.
