Pecuniary Interest Register

Council is required to make all returns of interests publicly available in accordance with the requirements of the Government Information (Public Access) GIPA Act 2009, the Government Information (Public Access) Regulation 2018 and any guidelines issued by the NSW Information Commissioner.

Council has applied ‘public interest test’ prescribed under part 2 of the GIPA Act and redacted the returns accordingly.
