Marketing and Promoting Your Event

You can promote your event for free on the Visit Penrith website. We list events in the 'Upcoming events' calendar and may share them on our social media channels or via our e-newsletter.

To have your event considered, please submit it through our online form. You must complete the form in full before we can review or publish your listing. We kindly request that all event information is submitted at least 14 days before your event. This gives our team enough time to review and prepare your listing.

What you will need
Have these details ready before you start the form:

  • event name, date, time and venue
  • a short event description (150 to 300 words)
  • public contact details (phone number, website or booking link)
  • one to five high quality images
    • landscape
    • JPEG format
    • no text, logos or graphics
  • your website and social media links
  • a shareable folder link for your images (Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive)

Providing clear information and strong images helps us create the best possible listing for visitors.

We encourage all event organisers and businesses to create a free listing with the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW). ATDW powers many tourism websites, including Visit NSW, and helps your event reach more visitors.
