To fund activities that enhance the health, social capital, and safety of the community  Tier One – Sole Applicant

Up to $2,500.

Tier Two – Partnership Application
Up to $5,000.

 Twice a year
from 2025/26 onwards. 
  •  provide services or be located in the Penrith LGA and deliver initiatives in the Penrith LGA that benefit Penrith residents.
  • be a not-for-profit organisation that is incorporated or have evidence of auspice from an incorporated organisation with an ABN

Safe Communities – Domestic and Family Violence

 To fund primary prevention initiatives that target the underlying drivers of domestic and family violence Tier One – Sole Applicant

Up to $2,500.

Tier Two – Partnership Application
Up to $5,000.

Magnetic Places

To fund creative arts activities that magnify resident stories, provide opportunity for creative expression and activate locations across key neighbourhood Up to $15,000 Applications Open:

  • a professional artist or creative entity with an ABN;
  • an incorporated group, collective or organisation;
  • an unincorporated group or collective that has evidence of auspice from an incorporated organisation with an ABN.   

Local Creativity

To fund activities that provide the Penrith community opportunities to participate in local arts, creative and cultural experiences Up to $5,000 July 2025

Once a year
  • an incorporated creative group, collective or not-for-profit cultural organisation with an ABN which is based in Penrith LGA.
  • an unincorporated group, based in the Penrith LGA that has evidence of auspice from an incorporated organisation.
  • a creative or professional artist with an ABN who resides in the Penrith LGA.

  • reside, work or otherwise have a significant connection with the community of Penrith LGA.
  • be one of the following:
    • an incorporated not-for-profit organisation.
    • have evidence of auspice from an incorporated organisation with an ABN.
    • where an applicant is a for-profit organisation, the applicant must provide evidence that the event is not for a commercial purpose.
