New plans submitted for Sydney Science Park

Celestino have put forward their plans to Council for the first stage of the Sydney Science Park.
The development application seeks to subdivide 24 hectares of land on the site to create Stage A1 of Precinct 1, which will include 10 lots and internal roads. The $7.8 million proposal also includes earthworks, road construction and utility servicing infrastructure.
Celestino’s vision for Sydney Science Park is to create an internationally recognised epicentre for research, development, education, commercialisation, and innovation. The park sits within the Northern Gateway Precinct of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis which will deliver high technology jobs of the future.
Council’s assessment process is underway.
