Short Term Leases and Licences – Land or Road Owned or Controlled by Council

Requests made to Council to occupy, use or access land and roads owned or controlled by Council require approval from Council’s Property Investment Department.

Application Types

1. Site Access Application
This application is used to apply for temporary access to Council owned or controlled land for non-recreational purposes, such as access through the land to adjacent properties for works or deliveries or to undertake site investigation works.

2. Request for a short-term lease or licence Application
This application is used to apply for a lease or licence for the short term use of Council land or road (less than 5 years).
