Council is bringing a Family-Friendly day of fun to Peter Kearns Memorial Oval in St Clair.

Council is bringing a Family-Friendly day of fun to Peter Kearns Memorial Oval in St Clair. The "drop in at anytime” event will have free craft workshops, kids activities, local food trucks and more! This Family Fun Day provides the community with an afternoon of food and fun with something for everyone. We invite residents to come along on Saturday 5 August anytime from 10am to 3pm, at Peter Kearns Memorial Oval in St Clair. Council looks forward to assisting the community to safely connect, gather and play while also strengthening the accessibility to local services.

What to expect on the day:

Library

• Calling all superheros! Drop in for superhero crafts all day long.
• Illustration workshop from 1pm-2pm.

Ripples

• 45min kids boot camp! Meet in front of the info tent at 10:30am to join in.

Playvan

• Offering fun for children in a friendly learning environment and a great way for parents and carers to meet others from their local area

Rangers Services Team

• Meet Smoochie the Toy Poodle who will be joining the Ranger Services Team will be offering a range of helpful brochures and information for your fur family members, as well as answering all your responsible pet ownership questions. - Please bring your pets to be scanned and update their microchip details on the day

Bushcare and Biodiversity

• Native plant giveaways all day long provided by the Penrith Council Bush Care team.

Waste and Resource Management

• Range of giveaways and information available. Including FOGO tote bags and colouring booklets!

Penrith Performing and Visual Arts

• Drop in for a taste of Q Theatre's Studio Q drama workshops.
