Marketing and Promoting Your Event

The Penrith Tourism Team can assist with promotion of your event through the following Visit Penrith channels:

  • The events calendar on the Visit Penrith website visitpenrith.com.au/events
  • A quarterly ‘What’s On’ e-newsletter
  • Social media

Images: To have your event considered for listing on www.visitpenrith.com.au, we require a minimum of one and a maximum of five good quality high-resolution images without text to be submitted. An event flyer or logo is not sufficient for this purpose. Videos can also be displayed on the event listing page.

By providing information, images and or video you agree that the information, images and video can be used by Penrith City Council and Visit Penrith to promote your event. This could be in print, website and social media platforms.

Additionally, we encourage event organisers to set up a login to list their events with Destination NSW for additional coverage (a free listing) www.atdw-online.com.au
